1) Refund & Return Policy
Allergic reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction after using a Hudeliksir product:
- Stop using the product immediately.
- Consult a medical professional if needed.
- Email us at info@hudeliksir.com with a description of what happened and photos if possible.
We assess allergic reaction cases individually and may offer an appropriate solution, which can include a refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use, as individual sensitivities can vary.
Return eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products, whether opened or unopened. Our products are used directly on the skin, and returns are not permitted for the safety of all customers.
60-day satisfaction guarantee
We understand results may vary. Therefore, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied after following the correct application process, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued for the amount paid, minus a 15% processing and shipping fee.
To request a satisfaction guarantee refund, email info@hudeliksir.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Refund options
When a refund is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Refund to original payment method (where possible)
- Store credit (if preferred)
- Exchange for another product of equal value (subject to availability)
2) Chargeback policy
If a chargeback is opened for any transaction, the refund process will be paused immediately while the case enters the formal dispute process. This is to comply with payment network rules and prevent duplicate refunds.
3) Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@hudeliksir.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the outer packaging (if possible)
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
4) Order cancellation policy
Orders can only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued.
- If the order has already been dispatched or tracking has been shared, we cannot cancel it.
- To request a cancellation, email info@hudeliksir.com immediately and include your order number.
5) Subscription cancellation policy (if applicable)
Notification period
Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing date.
How to cancel
Email info@hudeliksir.com with:
- Full name
- Subscription ID
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
- Refund eligibility
If cancellation is requested within 14 days of the next billing date, it may take effect from the following cycle and may not be eligible for a refund.
Automatic renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the terms above. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status.
Store credit or exchange option
Instead of cancelling, you may request to convert your next subscription shipment into store credit or exchange it for another product of equal value (subject to availability).
