Our goal is to provide you with the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver hundreds of orders to our customers all over the world, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of reliability at all times. 

The ordering process consists of two parts: 

Processing time: Order accepted, quality checked, and package packed. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received by us.

Shipping time: Shipping time is the time it takes to transport the goods from us to the destination. It often takes 5-15 working days.

Always FREE shipping

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are shipped for FREE.

Taxes and duties

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use tax, value added tax or customs duties.

Customs & Duties:

For orders shipping to Europe and Canada, please be aware that customs duties and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to Hudeliksir, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees. The customer is responsible for managing the release of parcels from customs. Hudeliksir holds no responsibility in customs-related matters.

Any order that is destroyed by customs is subject to a 50% refund.

Missed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses:

While Hudeliksir covers initial shipping costs, if a delivery is missed, an incorrect address is provided, or the parcel is refused at customs and subsequently returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the incurred shipping costs. If you prefer your order to be resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
